I have all kinds of quirks that drive my family nuts. I can't stand to see any thing unlevel. Like a light swith plate or a picture on the wall. Books must be placed on the shelf in order by height. I don't eat steak because I don't like how the texture of it feels in my mouth. When we go out to eat, I always eat the same dish. And the list goes on...

Can't think of anything I won't eat and have never had food make me gag. I love to eat, sushi and oysters being among my favorites. I use to love cooking but can't be bothered so much these days. I still cook but nothing too involved.

Still love ice cold milk too. My Dad use to say I was never weaned properly.

I can't eat any meat that has gravy or sauces on them. My kids (all now married) say "Mom only eats naked meat", while they love A1 sauce, gravy, etc. ICK.
I love cheeses but can't stand cottage cheese. Something about the lumpy texture...like milk gone bad.

This is a very interesting thread for me since I love almost everything. But really I usually just "eat and get it over with" so I can spend more time quilting.

I get the hiccups if I eat bread, ham or raw potatoes.....

I love banana bread but can't eat a banana! The texture is too much. I like my veggies steamed just a little so they're almost raw. I also can't eat pancakes but love waffles. Texture thing again. Drink hot tea with Splenda but cold tea with Sweet and Low.

I don't have many food quirks. The only one I can think of is I don't like any kind of fish. Other than that call me pretty normal.

Okay here is my "quirk".. I cannot eat Anything with PEAS!! Love tuna cassarole but have to pick out the peas. Can't eat veg soup with peas either. I can taste them a mile away...YUCK!
I also cannot have my food touching each other on my plate. My DH mashes everything together just to spite me.

Can't stand Oysters or sushi, Just way to nasty. GAG. No Avacados, asparagis, boiled cabbage (love cole slaw and fried cabbage),no fish unless it is Captn D's, no salads with cottage cheese(love cottage cheese plain)and the list goes on.
