Maybe next time have them plug it in to show you it works good that way if something isn't working, like the display, you can see it there rather than at home and would have a better idea it was probably them and not by transportation.

Took it back for the second time, came home worse still. Personally I think this dealer/ repair person is trying to set me up to buy a new machine. It is also 8 years old. But if I should get another machine it will NOT be from them and most likely not a Babylock. Not enough qualified support people. Will be taking it to a different repair man next week. Have to drive twice as far. NOT happy about it at all and am informing Babylock of the problems. They said the new screen was at least $400 if I needed one. Not gonna happen.
