Well what an accomplishment! Congrats.

Dh and I hope to make it to 75! Yikes.

DH and I will have our 36th this Nov. and we had a lot of naysaters, too.

Thank you, again.

I used to think that couples that made it to 50 years together were absolutely ANCIENT.

70 doesn't seem nearly as old now as it did when we were 20!

Yeah, it is amazing how our conception of "old" changes as we mature isn't it? :)

Wow, Sharon, congratulations. Sorry I found this so late, but a very happy anniversary to you! You can show all of us what the secrets to a successful marriage is...please don't say it's lots of **you know what** as I spend waaaaaaaay too much time avoiding it! LOL!!

All the best to you - I'm so happy to hear about your anniversary. Are you and Mr. Sharon planning anything to celebrate?

Now - "old" is being physically decrepit, mentally incompetent. Mostly unwilling or unable to learn new things or accept new concepts.

I know some young people that are old, and some old people that are young.
