I always pray and wish that we won't get any snow til at least after Christmas. I could do without any snow or ice or 20 below weather but we live in Iowa and that is just plain crazy to expect to not have any of this winter stuff!!

The irony of it is that right now we have 25 to 30 degree weather and we are freezing. After it gets below 0 and stays there for a few weeks we will think 25 -30 is warm!!
    Happens every year!

As of now it is all gone. It might snow more tonight and then it will be colder so I should be able to get more pics. Keeping my fingers crossed.

This was our front yard earlier today. A little more has fallen, the puppies have been enjoying it.

I like the snow in Texas better than Wisconsin.

Looks like your kids were having a great time...We didn't get as much snow in League City (it didn't stick anyway). The kids teachers let them go out and play in it (JR & HS) I thought that was funny. We just moved to the Houston area from Amarillo so really this was nothing compared to what we are used to, but I guess it is a rarity here :)

At least the wind doesn't blow 90 miles per hour here...makes the cold weather and snow A LOT more tolerable! I tried to take pics but they didn't take. It was interesting seeing it snow with the palm trees in the background....LOL

When I was living in Nashville, TN one evening they predicted snow for the next day. They called off school and the snow never showed up. Being from Massachusetts, I thought this was quite funny.
