We're headed to Arizona.....but so far, it's no warmer than our home!!!!! We're in southern California and have been "RV" bound for 2 days because of wind!!! We'd move on, but the winds are too strong AND Arizona is getting the same cold front!

How cold does Iowa get where you live? Snow? Wind? Temps? I lived in Wyoming for 30 years, so I think southern utah is the BEST! Maybe a little snow 2 or 3 times for just a few hours, freezing sometimes, but usually sunny. AND it's Not crowded here!

Aw, come to Flor-id-duh!
We need your money. And there are great bargains this year because tourism is down so much. We may not have culture, but we've got palm trees!

We are in Sunbird, Arizona [in Chandler] they have rentals here, but we own a home and are Snowbirds from MN. There are a lot of communities in the PHX area that also have quilt groups that meet. Think about checking that out.

How far are you willing to travel? It is always temperate in Hawaii, but not everyone can afford to go. Certainly not me. I cannot even afford Tulsa. (128 miles) :-D
