QNS they are gorgeous! That color is just stunning. The only Iris I have is sorta purplish and I'm not to wild about it but I don't want to kill them

So glad you were able to relocate those beautiful flowers. It would have been a real shame if they had gone by the wayside like the school house. You did a huge part in making this world more beautiful.

I Love Iris. My grandma & her neighbor grew them in huge quantities along the property line. I could pick whenever I wanted. and one of my favorite scents is that fabulous Midwestern Lilac, that hangs in the hot, humid summer air. The lilac doesn't do well were I'm at sadly.

I would make a garden plaque with the story of these beauties. Wonderful.

I love Siberian Iris, they grow so quickly. I planted a few plants and now I have a 4 foot clump. Mine are the purple ones.

Beautiful Iris. Mine are just getting ready to bust out of their buds. Can't hardly wait to see their beautiful blooms then it really is Spring here when they bloom.

They are so beautiful! You just can't help but photograph them... Your husband has done a wonderful job with those. Your place looks so beautiful and peaceful.
