Why do they have to keep "Re-making" things? Isn't there any originality left?

Jonathan Frid WAS and IS Barnabas Collins. He looked normal but slightly creepy. This new one is just another Goth-looking vampire, ho-hum.

I Love it I can"t wait to see the movie. I can remember coming home from school everyday & my step mom & I would watch dark shadows together. I wish she could watch this with me.

It doesn't look anything like what I remember about Dark Shadows, but it does look funny.

The Pirate series has brought in a gazillion $$. ALMOST every one of his movies has a fresh spin on it. It is going to be a "tongue in cheek" movie with quick subtle jokes. We have to admit, he brings a new fresh feel to his roles. Think about all of his "makeup" challenges he has faced in ALL his movies. I LOVE Harrison Ford, but his movies are cookie cutter movies, and George Clooney - BOOORING. I guess its "different strokes for different folks"

Love him too ! If you haven't seen "The Tourist" with Angelina Jolie, you should see it for the beauty of Italy and to see him "not costumed up." I liked it, went to see it alone, it was not a hit though.

I guess I am old fashioned, I prefer my men without visible makeup!!

Just watching Burt Lancaster in "Elmer Gantry" on TCM. Now THERE was a man!! And a great actor!!

I think I was born 40 years too late.
