Hilarious! But kind of sweet that she is still defending his honor at their age.

That made me chuckle. It is pretty funny when those who are hard of hearing try to interpret what they heard. My Mother is like that and sometimes so am I. On the other hand it isn't funny.

That is not only funny, but so true in my household. My DH has become quite hard of hearing and he "hears" the strangest things.....it's amazing to learn about what I say.....LOL!

Some folks hear what they want to hear. I see your frustration.
Love your Boston Terrier. My DD has 2 and one of them comes to visit in the summer. We love him.

In 2005, My mother fell and broke her wrist. She had severe osteoporosis, which prevented them from setting her arm correctly. In rehab she had convinced the Dr. that she was in severe paid and they had her on morphine. I went along for a couple of weeks UNTIL she told me to tell my then 14 yr old son, "Tell, Cole thank you for the purple bath tub, and please tell Brian, (my DH) Thank you for saving my life!" She had thought there was a snake in her room that he saved her from which was really one of the tubes aroung her bed.
The next day on Monday, I had a talk with the Dr. and her meds were cut until she was off of that stuff.
Yes, it was funny to a point, but she was really hallucinating!

Happy Quilting,
Susan
