I thought I would like longer nails. So had them done. Now I can't type so well or quilt as fast. Sure waste of my money. I don't know how those ladies do it. I guess I'll go back to stubby nails. lol

I did that once and had the same reaction. I couldn't even open the little flap to charge my cell phone. Also, I did it in the summer and the garden made them horrible. Never again.

can you have the nail tech to make them shorter now just cut them back to the length you like or you could trim them

There are more important things is life than beautiful nails. LOL. I just have to give up beauty for my quilts!

Stick with them for a little while. I had acrylic nails continuously for about 5 years and was soon able to do everything as before. I was really sad when I couldn't afford to have them done any more, as I have always had very weak nails of my own.

This so so funny! My nails are strong and grow fast. I've gotten used to doing things with them long. I just cut them back today, and it feels so funny to feel my fingertips on the keys! lol I cut them back because I accidently scratched my grandaughter when I went to grab her (playing a game). I didn't leave a mark on her but she said "Nana your like the cat!"
Guess I'll take more care from now on!

My natural nails grow very fast and I used to keep them looking good and polished.........not anymore! I can't do a thing with long nails! I don't know how others do it with very long ones! These are not my nails!

Maybe a little shorter and give them a chance for awhile. They sure look purty.

I grow my own. They are hard and strong but when they break it hurts really bad. I have always had long nails and when they break off it drives me crazy. Thank goodness they grow fast.
