Over, when I used the roller. No one else would put a new roll on so I fixed a basket by the commode, three rolls in it, unroll it any way you like,if there is none, you go fetch it. I'm gone quilting!

I'm an OVER but my Mom is an UNDER...when I go to her house I change it all the time and she gets really mad at me...LOL!

DH actually puts it on?? Mine used to leave it on the counter just out of my reach. :-D
