We have a very bad storm, no power no problem, got to love Generators but so was my net. I could not check out to see the board for 2 whole days. :cry:

wow, that is a long time! Our cell phones now have wifi, and its funny how that works, but I can hook up my laptop to it no matter where I am!

But overall-aren't you happy you live in the country? They have the same problems in the city from time to time. I wouldn't trade for anything!

I live in the coutry also and for some reason OUR street goes out when those around us don't. I'm thinking about getting one of the generators that come on automatically.

I wish I was back living in the country even though I had to deal with dial up internet. At least I am not in a big city but all the noise still bothers me even though we have been away from the farm for 3 years now.
