now that Irene has moved through, the weather here has turned a little cooler, still warm during the day but a little chill this morning when I took the dog out. This got me in the mood to go to LL Bean and check out all their cold weather gear and clothing. I think this year I will be buying a pair of their comfort mocs and maybe one of their 3 in 1 coats. Fall is my absolute most favorite time of year, I can't wait to get my sweaters and scarves out! Anyone else?

Fall is also my favorite time of the year. I love the colors and I like wearing layers.

Yep - I LOVE Fall. The colors are gorgeous and the weather is crisp and still sunny in upstate NY.

I like Indian Summers, but hate to go into jumpers - last winter/this 'spring' I was wearing them for over 6 months and I was SICK of them by then.

Sounds wonderful. Fall here means it dropped down to 90.

I forgot about apple picking! A few weeks ago, my fiance tasted apple butter for the first time and loved it. I told him we could go apple picking and I would make a batch and can it so we can have it through the winter.

Autumn is my favorite season! Unfortunately, we don't get much of it down here.
