Looking for purse pattern help.

Does anyone have any idea what the name of the purse that the two straps come together and are tied? I have tried googling it and have came up with nothing. A name or a pattern/tutorial would be awesome. Or even if you have any idea as to how to do the straps to make them cone out looking nice. Are they part of the body of the bag or are they sewn on. I've made tons of purses so even if you could give me basic directions I could figure it out probably! Thanks so much :)

Is it a slouch bag or hobo bag?
