Beautiful work! My blue and gold Sam will be 20 years old this year. Do you know who the manufacturer/brand is for your pattern? I'd love to try it tho I haven't done any cross stitching for years.

It was a kit. I still have the chart. Send me a PM and it's yours.

When I do cross stitch I number the paper chart making a grid up and down. (every dark line on the chart ) Then I count on the fabric by 10. I count the small holes in the fabric and then use a water soluble pen to draw a grid in the fabric. I number the fabric with the same numbers as the paper chart. I can then start anywhere on the fabric rather than the center as the instructions say and with this numbering system I never get lost.

They are really beautiful birds, I love parrots as I have two, an umbrella cockatoo (Allie) which I call mouth of the south and a quaker parrot (Rio) who I tell him no remarks from the peanut gallery. lol He can really talk up a storm. You did a beautiful job on them. Great work. I wish I could do x stitch would love to have one like that but my eyes won't let me.

That cross stitch creation is fantastic! I can't imagine how many different colors you used. Good job framing it.
