Anyone live near or in Seaford DE
I was hoping to find out more abt this area since we saw a hse on the Naticoke River and might relocate. But I'm concerned since there seem to be so many hses going up for Sale in the area. This particular hse has been on the market for yrs. Other hses I've seen in that area are still on the market and prices just keep going lower and lower...Any help would help I don't want to move into a depressed area or if there is something wrong enviromentally.
