My daughter is trying to find a quilt shop or a place to learn quilting in the Willis area, this is in the SE corner of Michigan
anyone here know of anyplace that teaches quilting. She has knowledge of using a sewing machine.... Thanks for any help...

Sure wish you could or someone could.. She is Bi-polar and is pretty much at home all day and doesn't get out or have any really close friends, just her husband and son live with her...
I am trying via email and the phone but am 73 years old and afraid sometimes my patience wears thin... Just keep hoping and praying I can find someone to help her...

Has she googled a quilt guild in her area? I know of shop over in Ann Arbor however I am not sure where she lives.......I am up my Flint............calla

I've given her two lists of the Quilt shops in Michigan and
don't think she really looked close enough at them.. What she needs to do is call a few near her and ask about a Guild...
As much as I want to help, can't help her if she won't help herself... Right???
