Default Microwave mitts

I had 2 cute teapot ovals left over from the Joan Kessler apron panel so I decided to make a pair of microwave mitts. The ovals could have been added as extra pockets but the apron already had nice pockets along the bottom and......I got to use some more bias binding!

Smile Great idea to use your panel cut outs for hot pads!

Your teapot fabric is cute...and made me think of a childhood song..can you guess it?
...I'm a little teapot, short and stout, her is my handle, here is my spout...........

Great addition to the apron. They will be useful around the kitchen or outdoor grill.

Yes, that teapot mitt is the pocket on the top of my apron. I love them!

Cute, cute, cute! You will eventually get that bias binding used up.
