Missed DWTS

I missed Dancing with the stars last night. We had too much going on here.
My daughter in law went out to the garage to finish her laundry, I heard this blood curdling scream. She is running back through the door, shaking, can't talk, but screaming. What? What? WHAT? I'm yelling at her. Her eyes wide as silver dollars, doing a little dance, finally she says snake, snake by the washer.
We called a couple of neighbors who came over and prodded the Royal Python out from behind the washer and into a cage.
He was about 6 ft long and 3 inches around. One of our neighbors has 4 of them so we told him to take it with him.
All I wanted was to get him out of my house.
All I can think of now is .....hope that wasn't a female and laid eggs behind the washer.

Oh my gosh, snakes are my fear ! ! I live in a lower level apt that is really near a wooded area....I have issues with crickets, those big, long legged, spiderly looking crickets and with regular long legged spiders...just this a.m. I went into the bathroom and had a cricket jump on my foot....THEN, when I went to get in shower I saw a huge spider writhing about....I turned off the cold water and just let the hot water run until the spider was motionless.....
Just today there was a segment on the local Atlanta news about the rising number of snake bites in the area, mostly water mocasins (sp?) because they are looking for water. One man in a very "toney" area of Atlanta had been bitten while he was cleaning his pool......
I saw move the washer and make sure "she" didn't leave eggs.....where do snakes lay eggs anyway ?
