there's not much artistic talent to them. It's just food coloring and powder sugar frosting for the lettuce and cheese. And the melting is because I got too much on there and it oozed down the sides. LOL Then all you need are 2 vanilla wafers and a mint patty. Soooo easy!

The hardest part was finding wafers that were whole and not chipped up.

I found the recipe in a little cook book at Walmart when I was cooking for daycare. I haven't made them in years! But decided the kids would like them this year and it is something differant to take. I didn't make a lot because we always have way too many desserts and I didn't want alot left over.

You could make them for any party. Of as treats for a quilting quild. Any big kid would love them too!

Cute cookies. Someone brought some to a guild meeting a while back. She even put sesame seeds on top of hers.
