Every morning my husband says "Good morning my lovely wife". I'm so used to it that I don't appreciate it as much. This thread has reminded me how good he is to me.

Chasing Hawk, how totally sweet! My hubs tells me everyday he love me and I "ditto" back at him. We're coming up on 39 years. I still flirt with him, we hold hands in public. When I'm away at a workshop or overnight at a conference, I leave him little notes around the house that I miss him. He will leave notes in my suitcase and paperwork. That may sound pretty corny for old folks like us but when I leave him a note that "I love u more than my fabric stash", he knows I mean it.

Yes you have a keeper....or.....there is a new bass boat out back, possibly a "spare" compound miter saw in the the truck, hmmm. Do I see a new high end sewing machine in your future? We need our toys too!!

No Bass boat, but we do have an extra chop saw. :P

The extra saw is his spare in case the newer one needs to go in for repair.
I did wake up one morning to find a new truck in the driveway a few years ago. Turns out it was mine, my xmas gift from my husband. :)
