I read in todays paper that Joann's in Bend, Oregon is expanding.
22,00 sq ft to be exact.....There is a God...LOL

if it's anything like our JoAnns all the new stuff will the FLEECE, with a teeny tiny section for quilt fabric, and the rest of the fabric will be flannel....

and then crafts...

Oh I am so jealous. The JoAnns in my town closed about six months ago and shortly after that Walmarts did away with the fabric. Now I have to go thirty miles to get fabric. DH loves it due to the lack of my spending money but it is not doing great things to my stash.

YEA for you. I'm prett lucky. I have a Joanns, and Hobby Lobby with in 5 miles and a Hancocks about 15 miles away. Two quilts stores within 25 miles.

You should see the Joann's in San Antonio, TX. My daughter took me there when we were visiting last spring and I thought I was in quilter's heaven! I was HUGE. BTW, everything is bigger in Texas!!
