Certainly true - I had to go to town every day for two weeks - I was finally able to spend a day at home sewing and felt so good. That is all it takes sometimes. If I'm crabby it is because I've had to go to town every day. I'm such a home body!

Maybe that should be reversed. I sew and become calm....Seams like everything else can wait....Worries, housework, mowing, etc.LOL

That is a great motto, our family recently went through a difficult time and to get away from it all I would either piece upstairs or quilt downstairs. With God and those things to help me get through, it certainly helped a lot.
