DH and I just put an offer on a lovely victorian home in the country. It's a short sale and there are extra financing hoops to jump through. we are waiting patiently.....I will finally have my own sewing room!

How nice! Hope the transaction goes smoother than has been the case with short sales.

Country Victorian sounds absolutely beautiful; they are such classy homes. Would love to see pix of the home with narration of your decorating plans.

As a Realtor, be patient, be more patient and don't let emotions rule...deal with the facts as they come along. Take a DEEP breath and relax. Trust your agent to do things in the right order. I just had a huge deal fall apart at the last minute, it can be frustrating, but things happen for a reason!
