I am having a problem adding a picture on my profile. Please help.

when you click on "My Profile" at the top it opens your profile page. At the bottom of that page there is a section for avatar. You have to click the "Browse" button to find your picture from your computer. When you find your picture (assuming it's from your harddrive) you have to click open. It then will put your link in the space provided than you click "update avatar" button.

Yes I am, but I am waiting for my daughter to get home so she cam help me. I have dome what the directions tell me but with no luck.

Since we changed over to the new format, I had some trouble. I find that if I make the picture smaller, it will go through.

You need to check the pic size.

set your pixel at 600, and it will go easy

If this doesn't work, try clearing your browsing history. I had to do that before it would change mine.
