Good for him and YOU.. it's so nice to see a man doing something for his "wife"... there are men out there that feel the need to do something special for us,,, remembering all those "wifely" things that we do that some men take for granted...i hear stories that make my hair curl... but we are all different..
My DH and i have done 43 yrs. and 5 thru high school up to now.. good and not so good... but as retirees... we could not be happier or more content... realizing how much we mean to each other... we changed our 3 bedrooms of our retirement home 3 times.. and finally worked it out so ONE is my sewing room.... Enjoy your space... :D

Will you send him to my house next?
I want a room to go across the back of my house.

Just think of the fun you are going to have setting up your new castle. You'll have enough room to dance and quilt. Hope you post all the progress. Great. :D

Oh, I can only dream of such a room of my own. I am glad you are getting it for your very own and I don't doubt for a moment that it will be filled from ceiling to floor with everything quilting.

Wow, cool addition going up.

My room is not quite that large but bigger than a bread box.....haha

Wouldn't a wood-stove leave a soot film everywhere? I wouldn't know because I am allergic to woodsmoke.

i can see that he's studying about how to connect the wall to the roof, and where to put the entry door, will be a nice room for you.
