All of our cats have been rescues and they have all been wonderful sweet kitties. Having been bottle fed, Georgie will be a great "people" kitty. He and your son are just precious.

Too cute.
When my son was seven he got HIS first kitten. And boy, that kitten knew who owned him! They were fast friends until the cat died three years ago. Now my son has adopted a new kitten just last week.
I know your son and his kitten will be fast friends (and the dog too eventually).

Your son and his kitten are adorable and don't worry about the kitten and the older dog...I have never met a kitty that can't hold it's own with a dog. He will train the dog in short order!

lol thank all of you! :) It has been a blast having him in our lives so far. My son wants him to sleep in his bed so bad. I told him he will and he has, but doesnt stay in there. My son doesnt understand, cats come and go during the night, that it will happen.

I do need to get a spray bottle though. Little stinker likes to grab my legs and hold on tight, claws and teeth, playing (I hope lol)

As I read all the comments, I have a kitten we adopted curled up on my shoulder. He was found lost on the 4th of July. We adopted him from the vet and he makes our day. He and our dog Murphy have such a good time playing together. I felt the pain as it was related the little guy climbs up my leg and back too. Because it is from behind, I try to grab, but sometimes those little claws really feel like needles. We do clip his nails to help with that. So glad your little boy has a pet, we had them all our children's lives too. I think they always bring back special memories. And as someone said, rescue is the best way to go. That is how we have brought our pets into our lives.
