Default My Tip for today.

Just had to do some major un-sewing (quilting). My finger tips were getting so tender. I rubbed chap stick on them. Wow, it works, after two uses they are about 80% better.

It also works great on your nose when it gets sore from blowing it!

My Husband discovered this last winter. His fingertips dry and crack. He told a friend about it, the guy thought maybe he had lost his mind. He tried and it worked.

You can also use it on your feet instead of a more expensive blister stick, apparently they are the same formula, it stops blisters.

Also works in a pinch for wind burned cheeks, calluses on elbows, or knees. I buy in quantity around Christmas when the price in much lower. We have found some hilarious flavors the last couple years. DH loves the "bacon" one I got him. My favorite is the "Wafflehouse" flavor.

I fell and my glasses cut under my eyebrow. The plastic surgeon told me to put chapstick on the scar whenever I was in the sun.....it will keep scars from turning that reddish color.....I took his advice...I still use it around my eyes for sun protection. It works.

Wow, all these tips are great. For sure this is going into my camping first aid kit.
