I would take it to the dry cleaners and ask them to spot it. Tell them what it is. They have chemicals designed for spotting different stains.

A neighbor told me the stains on hubby's work clothes came out with a hand-cleaning product (Gojo) found at auto parts stores. Told me to try it on slacks of mine that were stained. Don't know if this will be of any help, but it was good news to me. We both live on farms and deal with all kinds of stains.

My new go to for stains is hydrogen peroxide. So far it has not failed me...red wine dried, coffee, tea spilt on white burber carpet, dog poop on carpet. Can't hurt to try it.
