At least they don't come and sit at your feet. That's what my Chester would do. He expected to be petted while I was on the pot. As soon as I got tp he would get up and walk to the door and wait for me there....They are so funny!!!

I have had to replace the carpet by the bathroom door. They try to dig themselves into the bathroom. I am so glad we kept pieces of the carpet. I use the hot glue gun and voila. If one cat is inside and the other is outside, they start playing through the door crack. And yes, they expect to be petted - but I have my limits : )

Definately a cat thing isnt it? Both of mine have to come in and 'help' one is fascinated with it flushing. If I shut the door before they get in with me, which doesnt happen often... they will scatch at the door until I am finished or let them in lol. Not good when you are trying to be quiet at night so as not to wake the family up!

When I would come home from work after the late shift. My charlie cat would come into the bathroom with me and sit at my feet put his paws so gently on my knees and then take his paw and softly so gently touch my cheek. He would put his head on my forehead and just my most favorite moment. *tears* He would just love to do that all the time only to me. He was my angel. Treasure the moments in the bathroom!!

I have 2 tuxedo cats, the boy follows me in, jumps in the sink (it's an oval shape and fits him perfectly) lays down and patiently waits for me to finish. My girl just sits by my feet patiently waiting for me to flush so she can look in. At first I thought it was the breed because my all black one (my avatar) has no interest in bathroom shenigans but now I see it's not! It's funny about the camera cause I always tell myself I'm going to take a camera with me and I always forget.
