Not only is convection great but it helps to make a kicking pizza! Don't know about American ovens, but here in Norway we get a choice about where we want to heat to come from - top and bottom - top only - bottom only - and with or without convection. Convection with bottom only heat is called "pizza function" here and I wouldn't trade my oven for anything! I have Bosch oven, don't know if you can get those. Miele is also tops.

I bought a new stove, Not convection but a glass top I like the stove BUT Hate the solid black glass top . I am fancatic about cleaning after each use. But mine is Black( solid color) no fleck and it is dusty every time I look at it. I like the glass top but not the color.

I love my combination micro and convection. The convection makes muffins and cookies so nice and brown.

that would drive me nuts~~~
Mine are white, as are the counter tops an sink. I did this because of no direct sunlight. the concept was light and bright.

My counters show "stuff" real easy.

How many of you had to buy new cookware when you purchased the glass top stove? I thought I would, but have been using the dependable cast iron.
