It was just announced on the news that he passed away. He was such a great person, literally gave his life for humanity.

I didn't know much about him. I don't pay attention to everything. They sure kept him going for a long time.
Our big radio station have announced it about a dozen times.
Heard he did lots of good.

He is certainly a man to be admired for his humanitarianism .... we all could learn something from his attitude and actions.
