They sit and wait on Dad like mine do. My husband says that's how they wait on me when he's home and I pull in the drive. Nice to know.

O, they are wonderful! I guess you can see from my Arlo's picture (my avatar) why I love them, especially Hank. They are the most lovable dogs.

Lola belonged to a co-worker who became unable to care for her. Originally, she came from a rescue organization at about 2 yrs old and right after she had puppies. She is such a sweet dog, very loving and calm.

Hank came to us from a Basset rescue organization. He was a hard to place dog because he has so much energy and is very alpha! We've all worked very hard with him on his 'issues.' He's very possessive once he has claimed an item, aggressive when we were removing the empty food bowl, etc. We recently boarded him while we were out of town and it's given him a really nice fresh start with us. We knew him well enough to recognize some of the signs and nip things in the bud. Things that we didn't notice when we got him in November.

They are best of buddies!! Very sweet together. They drink out of the same water bowl at the same time. We finally took the extra water bowl away because they always drink together. They love, love, love their walks!! They were both so happy when we returned from our trip and got settled back in to routines.
