I know...they may be very hard to let go of.
They are darling and they won't take up much room, eat too much, or leave big "deposits" in the grass = keep the babies together :). I loved fostering, but I always had very sick little puppies and it was just too difficult to nurse them healthy& happy and see them go to another state far away. There was no choice in the matter :(

I'm warning you..we found out years ago that when we took in one of those horribly abused Dobermans "just until they heal and we can find them a good home" we fell in love with them and refused to let them go. So over the years we had our much loved Kurt, the best dog who ever lived bar none, poor, picture perfect but brainless Hilda, huge and powerful Hans and then Thor, Hidi and Marta, and the last one was shy, friendly and beautiful Gertrude. All spent the rest of their lives with us, from 1 to 3 at a time, over some 30 years or more.

That pair of yours look like they're happy to be with you, bet you'll not want to let them go. And that is what the rescue people really want, is a loving home for each of them.
