Hey All,
For any that might not know, I am Marcia
in the group photo. I kind of started all this
when I contacted Maria (Maride) and told her
I was coming to NYC from TX and would be
there with nothing to do on Tuesday. She
has posted a week or so earlier that she lived
in NYC and would be happy to take anyone
around that was in the area. I just happened
to be going this week, so I contacted her and
she offered to take me around. She also posted
on the board in case anyone else in the area
wanted to join us. Butterflywing (Barbara)
and AJC (Alice) both came and we had a
great time. We really enjoyed going to
Mood (from Project Runway), two quilt
shops and had a wonderful lunch.

It was great fun for me to meet three other
wonderful ladies who share my passion for
quilting. I would strongly encourage any of
you that might be considering meeting up
with some on this board that are in your
area, to do it. We all agreed that getting
to actually meet a quilting cyber-friend is
a lot of fun.
Have a Great Day!
