My full time job (in IT) pays ok, but like most of us these days, all my bills have gone up but the salary has not. I have been good and got my finances under control ,and I have no debt apart from my mortgage, but after the bills were paid each month I had so little money left over, it was a day to day worry until the next pay day. So with this extra job I am looking at doing three evenings a week, and I will practically double my usual expendible income. I love doing bar work too, and the pub is so fun, I am hoping to expand my (non-existent) social life too!

I am so looking forward to being able to slowly build up my stash, and also now am hoping to be able to afford to fly out to Spain in August on a budget flight, for a few days - look out Izy and Elle, I will be staying with my friend in Crevillente, not very close, but not a million miles from you?

So it is nice to start the weekend on a happy note anyway. I hope you all have a good weekend, hugs to you all from rainy old England
Mary

That's brilliant news - don't go drinking your wages away though - remember your a quilter & need to add to your stash LOL.

Raining - your only 1hr away from me - no rain here in Nottingham, however I do think storms are forcast for later this evening.

Thanks Judy, I know, just the other day they were saying that places here in the UK like McDOnalds are getting thousands of applications every week. I applied to every pub/bar/hotel/golf club around near me (about 20 places), this was the only place that replied.
