I am going to ask my Dr. for a prescription for pre-natal vitamins. I remember how my fingernails were so nice and I felt absolutely wonderful. I am not sure what he will say since I am in my 70’s and I am very healthy. I will let t oh know what he says. My appointment is March 4.

I take AReds that have the multi vitamin. Over dosing is a problem on Vitamin A. That can kill you if you get way too much vitamin A. Too much iron is a problem. Before I started taking Areds I took a pre natal vitamin every other day but it had nothing for eye health like the Areds do.
