My son will graduate in June ..went to talk to Army recruiter,,,needless to say needs to lose 40+ pounds...Just like his mom++Told him NO Eating after 7pm no pop

I promised myself that today I would start riding my granny trike again. Now I have to promise myself to do it tomorrow since it didn't get done today.
