As for back pain. I happen to have 5 small bone tumors in my lower spine and take meds but now they have a wonderful procedure, some specialists do, they go in and give you shots in the painful area and add these cute little "black curly things" and they relieve pressure and pain. I do them every 6 months. Please ask your doctors about it. My Pain Spcialist does this procedure for me. Hope it helps.

Let me be perfectly honest. I do not read vents or diaries. I am only interested in the quilting aspect and what is going on with that on this board. I do love the general chat where you can interject a funny story etc. I love humor. I love positive.
I think it's a good idea to have a seperate area vets etc.
On another note, this board is free and somebody runs it and does a lot of work all for free. Far be it for me to complain.
If one of my post disappears, I could care less. I guess I am real layed back...blame it on quilting hahahahhaha

We're also going to get mad at our parents (admin and the moderators) but we're still a family.
If you look at it that way it makes the things that aggravate easier to ignore. Or at least it does for me.
p.s. If it's the one about your back pain, you're in my prayers. Back pain can be awfully hard to treat or even to figure out the cause of it. I read it and prayed for you, just didn't post a comment. That was probably thoughtless of me.

Sorry to hear about your back. Must have missed that post as since I have found the board I haven't missed a day... LOL
If you need to vent feel free to PM anytime. I have been off work all summer so am going nuts and can't seem to get up the gumption to start that danged Log Cabin.
Hey if your feeling particularly ill tempered you can poke me with a stick to get me working on that quilt... ;-) OK?
I know what it's like to be in pain and it's no fun at all.
Feel better soon..
