    I always wanted to do that, also want to put soap in my hot tub. Just to see all the bubbles. lol

    I accidently grabbed a capsule that was supposed to be used in the disposal and had the same results. Someone told me to put fabric softner in, it's formulated to get rid of soap/suds. It worked.

    My roommate did that her first time using the dishwasher - she didn't have one growing up and didn't know you have to use dishwasher detergent, not regular dish soap. I was gone that weekend, so I didn't get to see the bubbles and only heard about them after the fact when she mentioned the dishwasher acted up. I pointed out the difference in soaps to her :-).

    When I was a teen & babysitting, I did that only I used TIDE. The lady was sick in bed. Her husband & I didn't have sense to shut it off. We just kept mopping and the suds kept shooting across the room. Lucy & Ethel all the way. I had never run a dishwasher before. I bet he still remembers it too :-) :-)
