Once upon a time there were four people - Everybody, Somebody, Nobody and Anybody.

Whenever there was an important job to be done, Everybody was sure Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.

When Nobody did it, Somebody got angry because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought that Somebody would do it, but Nobody realised Nobody would do it.

Consequently, Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did
what Anybody could have done in the first place.

    Sound familiar?

In my house growing up and my kids carried on the tradition,
    "Not Me" always did it!

It's the same story for any group or organization. 80% of the work is done by 20% of the members. Never fails!!

This instantly brought back a chuckle...my two daughters and I were eating in a cafe once when they were about 7 and 8. A waitress dropped a tray of dishes, and instantly both pointed at her sister saying loudly (SHE DID IT!!!) That made nearby diners laugh like mad..with two sheepish little girls hunkering down in their chairs when they realized what they had said.

Sad, but true. Although it may be more like 90/10.
