What a beautiful picture and story. She is darling and looks like she loves the doll, it's almost as big as she is! God is truly working through you.

How kind and thoughtful and creative you are. It's been a long time since I've seen a topsy-turvy. Natalie is adorable and beautiful little girl. Prayers from the gulf for all.

Thanks so much to you all for the precious replies here. I am so happy to be able to make these dolls and they come with hugs and prayers always, before the child receives them. God bless all.

Aww, bless you Vickey for the great work you do with these dolls. I'm sure they are a comfort to the children who get to have a friend by their side through their ups and downs. Such a cute little girl (and doll), sounds like she is a fighter. Thanks for sharing.
