They have no clue on what it means to us to treat something we spent so much time and care making. So, we can't really blame them because they don't know any better. Now I send a note with my quilts that tells how to wash and care for it to keep it from wearing out fast. I don't know if it will help, but after you give it, you can't really say much.

Now they know more because of your reaction.

No but I have had alot of people ask me why I charge so much for a quilt when they are able to get one from a retail store so much cheeper and I have to explain the odvious quality discressions!! Its sad when someone washed them once and I have to repair them.

Those are the people that don't have a clue. When they don't know the difference anyway, you could just buy them one from Walmart.

It's funny you should mention that. Normally it would have bothered me but I was so caught up in the romance of her rushing to him that it didn't. I absolutely love that movie :D
