He should have gotten a ticket for littering and hazardous driving too!
I believe giving what I can will never cause me to be in need.

I doubt that it is real - way too much paper, those post-it notes are expensive.

thanks for letting us know. It was a video taken in a city in Italy where a car was parked in handicap space. A group of young people covered the little red car in overlapping blue square sticky notes and looked like had some with the white handicap logo for sides and back. When the young healthy young man came back and saw his car covered in those papers and the crowd watching him, he became angry and tried to brush off the papers and then drove away.

He he should have gotten two tickets. One for the parking and one for littering.

    Hope this helps.

loved it. but the cop was there and didn't give him a ticket. and then he drove away and the cop still did nothing. ive gotten a warning for having my handicapped sticker up on the rear view mirror. but then, that's America.

I couldn't believe the patrolman just let him drive away with his window's covered. It taught him a lesson I bet, or maybe not :-(

I agree with Onebyone...should have been ticketed for parking in a handicap space, littering, hazardous driving and stupidity!

Where did the vandals get all the post its????

Surely should of gotten a ticket or two. Parking in a handicap space, littering & careless driving.
That is something else. Thank you for sharing!

wish they'd do something about it here. today two 20 somethings ran out of the store to their car parked in a handicapped spot. really annoys me, I was hoping for a spot to park in, and they opened it up for me. I guess they just ran in the store dor something and didn't think about us handicapped people.
put off till tomorrow what you can do today, and if you procrastinate long enough, you may never have to do it.
