I had nothing but problems a few years back with them. They still have some of my money. So I don't use them anymore. I hope it works better now.

They are pretty reliable...I find it convenient to use paypal instead of giving other sites all my info. I was even able to send some money to son's out of state girlfriend that he owed her for a vet bill.
