Yes, and I bet he had a non refundable ticket! I wonder if they would charge $8 for a blanket to cover a dead man.

Kind of a sick world we live in when it cost more to fly dead than alive. The reason I know about the Pennsylvania flight is because BF's uncle was a truck driver & died there & it was gonna cost that much to fly him home so the wife & parents & sister went up there, when Penn was having those awful snowstorms, to say goodbye & closurer. Could only afford to have him cremated & shipped back to Texas.

Hear this on the radio the other day...Apparently the taxi driver who collected them thought something was odd and reported it to airport officials as she was checking in. So my guess is he had actually died prior to arriving at the airport. In any case that is one cheapskate woman!

If you think that's gross, think of this. People die in hospitals every day. Think of that next time you're laying in a hospital bed, wondering how many have died in just that bed you're in...
