Such a peaceful setting! The magnolia pods will eventually turn brown when the seeds are ripe. That gingko was spectacular!

Beautiful weather, scenery, I was very fortunate indeed!!!

Loretta, if you ever do make it to Louisville, contact the historical preservation society first...they may be able to give/help with more information as well as a stop by the office on the grounds there, too :wink:

Beautiful! Looks like you are in full summer still! We're in the throes of fall, most of the leaves are gone (well on the ground) and the snow is creeping down the mountain sides. What does your fall and winter look like down there?
