Photo processing programs have resizing options. Photoshop also allows you to save for the web. A simple way is to go to the resize photo section in your program and change the size to 600 x 400 pixels - that would be OK for the web. Any dimension larger than 2,000 pixels on each side would be too large.

Here are all the pieces I have. I havn't figured out what to do with it yet, though there are a lot of ideas in this thread. If I sell it I'd have to sell all of the pieces together.
