Default Pillowcase done for 2014

I found some lovely fabrics I bought long ago. four panels too. I am making pillow cases out of them. I have black background ones also, like this one. the flange will be the berry cream print on those. one more cream one to do and then onto the black ones.

What a fun way to use panels. Thanks for sharing a great idea.

well I have more gift items done that I need. including all those Winter swap blocks of long ago I made into placemats. it's much better to be ahead than behind in gift making!

Lovely use of gorgeous fabric. I made two with the flanges a few weeks ago, I don't like how the get permanent wrinkles via the washer and dryer, so I steamed the heck out of them yesterday and added a blanket stitch edging on them.
