This is adorable. Our WMU at church is making these to put in "shoe boxes" for our missionarie children in foreign
countries. I have 15 cut out so far - material from my stash. You can use either pillow cases or about 1-1/4 yd. of fabric. The bow ties can be made or use ribbon. This one is absolutely darling.
