I had some scraps of fabric with pigs on it so I fussy cut the pigs and got maybe a dozen blocks. It was all black and pink colors so I call it my pink pig project. I have the top done and it looks like it will be quite a cute quilt. I will make the back from the scraps from the front. I think it will go to the local hospital NICU.

Piggy 'quilt'...
Well, I made the piggy a 'quilt'... nothing fancy & really NO quilting! just a fun Blankie to cover with. Paula says at night he roots around & covers himself up...Wasn't easy for our friends to thik of 'gifts' for a PIG!!! But we had fun.

How just adorable that is, Love the piggy quilt .. What a wonderful idea too .. hehehe Tuna .. well people named their animals all sorts of things. I had a stray cat with the tag name of Dog turn up on my door step but no owner name, she stuck around for years along with Momma kitty (she was the assistant mom to my girls-always alerted me to any danger they were in;even if it was in her own mind. LOL)

I think that is so nice of you to rescue Tuna. Pigs are such intelligent animals. You will have many fun times with him. Is that a picture on the ipad that sits on the table next to the big screen.....Could you post a picture of Tuna some time...The quilt is so charming.
